Potato Cutting Machine
Cut potatoes into slivers or chips evenly, the cutting surface is smoothly to reduce the oil consumption when frying.

Potato Chips Washing Machine
Through high pressure water flow and water bubbles to wash off the starch of potato chips.
With cleaning area and spray device at the exit; With lifting system for easy clearing.
Blanching Machine
With 60-95℃ hot water blanching to protect potato sliver or chips from oxidation, keep its original color and quality.
Adopts Electric Heating; With lifting function so as to easy cleaning and maintenance.
Air Drying Line
Through high pressure fan blowing for pre-cooling and removing the surface water in a short time, prevent the fried oil jumped phenomenon and shorting frying time.
Continuous Fryer Machine
Frying the potato sliver or chips.
Frying temperature 0-220℃ adjustable; Frying time variable frequency regulation. With external heater, oil storage tank, oil filter system, and smoke hood.
Vibrating De-Oiling Machine
Shake to remove surface oil and spread the potato slivers or chips for next step air cooling.
Air cooling Line
Through high pressure wind blowing for pre-cooling and deoiling the potato chips.
