• Baking: Rotary oven.
5. Quick Freezing.
• Rapid freezing through ultra-low temperature technology maximizes the nutritional value and taste of emapandas.
6. Packaging
• Pillow packaging: Individual or multiple empanadas are neatly arranged and wrapped in a laminated plastic film (often with an aluminum foil barrier) into a pillow-shaped bag, which is then heat-sealed.
• Boxed/Trayed: Empanadas are packed into pre-made paper boxes or plastic trays, then laminated, heat-sealed, or covered with a paper lid.
