Empanada Production Line

The Empanada production line is an integrated industrial system designed for efficient and standardized production of the traditional Latin American empanada. It breaks down the traditional manual production process into a continuous, mechanized process, enabling full control of the entire process from raw material handling, forming, cooking, to packaging, meeting the needs of large-scale production.

1.Raw Material Preparation:

 

• Dough Preparation: Dough Mixer precisely controls dough extensibility and moisture content.

• Filling Preparation: Meat/Vegetable Cutter and Filling Mixer ensure uniform filling flavor and adherence to hygienic standards.

2.Dough Sheet Preparation:

Option 1: Automatic Dough Rolling Processing Machine:

The dough being automatic rolling and reciprocating conveying, can effectively avoid manual feed into the empanada machine, to achieve fully automated production requirements.

It can rolling the dough automatically, but need to input the dough into the empanada machine by manual.

3. Empanada Forming Machine:

Just put the dough and filling into the machine and it will automatically produce the empanadas, It also can make dumplings, samosas.etc

4. Cooking:

 

• Frying: It can fry the empanada continuously, it with oil storage tank, with a coarse filter, with smoke hood, the temperature of 0-240 ℃ can be adjusted, frying time variable, frequency speed regulation. more safe, less energy, Longer service life.

5. Quick Freezing.

 

• Rapid freezing through ultra-low temperature technology maximizes the nutritional value and taste of emapandas.

6. Packaging

 

• Pillow packaging: Individual or multiple empanadas are neatly arranged and wrapped in a laminated plastic film (often with an aluminum foil barrier) into a pillow-shaped bag, which is then heat-sealed.

 

• Boxed/Trayed: Empanadas are packed into pre-made paper boxes or plastic trays, then laminated, heat-sealed, or covered with a paper lid.
